EdQual-Rwanda dissemination event takes place in Kigali, September 2010.
The Kigali Institute of Education (KIE), a partner in the EdQual group, has conducted its final dissemination event presenting findings and points of interest from the project that has dealt primarily with the introduction and use of ICT as a teaching tool.
The event, that took place on September 24th 2010, was attended by EdQual representatives as well as local teachers and headteachers, government members and KIE academic staff. The Guest of Honour was Mrs Christine Gasingirwa, the Director General for Science, Technology and Research in the Ministry of Education.

Alphonse Uworwabayeho, who spoke at the event, has written in detail about the conference, noting the key findings and recommendations from presentations as well as feed back from the assembly.
